The "Rati" Room name is from Sanskrit meaning "rest, pleasure" and is the name of the wife of the Hindu god of love Kama.
The "Rati" Room is on the Beach Level. Your view of the ocean from here is more like that of the local sea otters that frequent our natural sea grass garden. The Rati Room is the only room at Sea Spirit House featuring two beds, this room is perfect if you are traveling with your family, or two best friends reuniting to catch up on each other’s lives. Ocean and beach colors of teal and sand are repeated in the colors of the beautiful linens. The double-sized beds have white wicker headboards whose patterns are repeated in the sturdy cane and wicker furnishings. Two easy chairs, one a rocker, are positioned for long talks while viewing the waves from this beach level room. Or, open your private exit, step across the deck, meander through the sea grass and on to miles of pristine walking beach.
Summer: $195.00 per night
Winter: $175.00 per night

Check-In time is 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 7:00 PM on your first nights stay with us.
Checkout time is at 11:00AM.
Summer Season Weekend, Special Events and Holidays require a two night minimum stay. (Winter Season Regular Weekend Exceptions)
Room Rates are based on Double Occupancy. Single Occupancy discounts are available.
Summer Rates are from May 1 through September
Winter Rates are from Oct. 1 through April
Cancellations: Cancellation of reservations within 30 days will be charged for one night stay unless we can re-rent your room(s)

Sea Spirit House is an adults only facility. No persons under 16 years of age are permitted.
Damages or missing items may become the responsibility of the guest(s) upon check-out.
Please leave your pet friends at home, as we do not allow pets.
Sea Spirit House does allow service animals according to the ADA guidelines. We only ask that your service animal's behavior is appropriate for our location. Our tradition is that you remove your shoes while inside Sea Spirit House.
